Klercide 70|30 IPA Aerosol blended with WFI is a blend of 70% isopropyl alcohol with Water for Injection. Endotoxin levels are guaranteed to be below 0.25 EU/ml.

The alcohol blend is 0.2 micron filtered, filled and triple bagged under Grade A (ISO class 5) laminar flow in a Grade C (ISO Class 7) cleanroom, before irradiation using a validated process at no less than 25 kGy.

The spray propellant is nitrogen gas and therefore inert. This maintains a positive pressure inside the container therefore the contents are protected from viable and non-viable particle ingress. The aerosol format has been validated to give an in-use shelf life of three months.

Advantages

High quality product - Klercide 70|30 IPA Aerosol blended with WFI is blended with highest grade (EP) Water for Injection, with guaranteed endotoxin levels below 0.25 EU/ml. It is triple bagged for easy transfer into Grade A and B cleanrooms and gamma irradiated to ensure a sterile, spore free product.

Lightweight and easy to use - The 360 ml aerosol format is lightweight and comfortable to hold. Due to the gravitational valve system the aerosol can be used vertically upright or vertically inverted for effective
disinfection.

Validated in-use shelf life of three months - The aerosol has also been validated to maintain sterility for three months during use. The internal pressure of the can, 9–12 bar, and the valve system prevent any back flow risk in use.
