Delivery Information

We offer same day despatch on all stock items, Monday to Friday, with no minimum or maximum quantity.

Please note that the cut off point for same day despatch for stock items is before 16:00. If you place your order after this time and need your goods urgently, please give us a call and we’ll see what we can do.

Typically orders received after 16:00 will be despatched the following working day, providing goods are in stock.

Incoterms

Pallet Deliveries

Pallet deliveries will use INCOterms 2020 - DAP. Customers are requested to check the pallet for damage before it is off loaded.  Any obvious signs of damage, reject the delivery either in full or part.  Some couriers will only let you reject the full consignment, others allow you to reject 1 pallet. Any damage occurring from the unloading from the wagon to your warehouse will be at your responsibility and covered by your insurance.  

UK Mainland Deliveries

Standard UK deliveries are carried out by UK Mail on a next working day service. Delivery breakdown by weight and service, ex VAT

 *Please note that the 'Next day before 17.30pm' delivery can be made any time between 7.30am and 17.30pm.

Other UK Zone Deliveries

Freight Delivery

For oversized items that need protecting during transit, such as furniture, we offer freight delivery using the UK's pallet network. Freight rates are based on your delivery postcode and which items you order - the below table offers an indication of price. International Deliveries

These are our standard delivery costs worked out using Fedex's rates. We may be able to source cheaper delivery rates depending on your consignment volume. Please get in touch if you would like us to attempt sourcing a better rate for your International order. Transit times are typically 2-5 days depending on the destination country - you can contact us for a more specific transit time.

Dangerous Goods Delivery

Dangerous goods may be subject to additional delivery cost for international travel or where the product exceeds 5 Litres. Dangerous goods are deemed as products that are flammable, corrosive or aerosols and which require extra time to be shipped as per the below information.

Products which are deemed as dangerous goods when shipping may be subject to an additional shipping surcharge – we will contact you directly if this applies to your order.

** Please be aware that we are unable to offer a timed delivery or guaranteed next working day delivery service on any shipment containing dangerous goods in any quantity due to the additional safety checks required **

Classified under the Dangerous goods regulations as

• Limited quantity dangerous goods within the UK – no additional surcharge
• Fully regulated dangerous goods within the UK - £33 surcharge
• Limited quantity dangerous goods, shipping to Europe and beyond by road/sea freight - £20 surcharge
• Fully regulated dangerous goods, shipping to Europe and beyond by road/sea freight - £70 surcharge
• Fully regulated dangerous goods, shipping to Europe and beyond by air freight - £70 surcharge

Alternatively, if you wish to use your own courier (if you have the appropriate authorisations in place) then you can arrange to uplift your order from our site; we will of course, prepare, label and pack your order in line with the regulations for your chosen mode of transport and prepare all necessary documentation at no extra cost to yourselves.
