Klercide 70/30 WFI Pharma Ethanol Sterile Spray 6 x 1L

Klercide 70/30 Pharma Ethanol is 70% v/v ethanol denatured with IPA and blended with EP-specification distilled Water for Injection.

The alcohol blend is is 0.2 micron filtered, filled under Grade A laminar air flow and triple bagged in a Grade C (ISO Class 7) cleanroom, before irradiation using a validated process at no less than 25kGy to ensure a sterile, spore free alcohol.

All spray bottles incorporate the patented SteriShield Delivery System and an adjustable trigger spray. The unique way in which the SteriShield Delivery System works as a closed system ensures that the sterility of the contents is preserved throughout use.

The system has been fully validated to prove that even when filled with liquid nutrient, to encourage the growth of microorganisms, the contents will remain sterile for 6 months after opening.

Ultra-low residue advantages

Klercide 70/30 Pharma Ethanol uses IPA as the denaturant, ensuring that the residues on evaporation are exceptionally low and are comparable to those of pure ethanol EP. Does not contain Bitrex or Methyl Ethyl Ketone (MEK) The product is suitable for use in direct product areas as all the alcohol flashes off and non-soluble denaturants such as Bitrex are completely absent.

Cost effective - All the sterile alcohol can be dispensed from the bottle, so there is no wastage.

Optimum surface coverage - The fully adjustable trigger spray allows the liquid to be dispensed as either a jet or spray enabling thorough wetting of the surface, so that disinfection procedures are effective.

Quality assured - The product is manufactured to a tight specification. Gamma irradiation is carried out to a validated procedure. Samples from each batch are tested for sterility and residue on
