Tyvek® Xpert is designed for optimal safety, minimizing the exposed areas of the wearer in all working conditions.

The 3-piece hood shape perfectly contours the face, follows head movements and mask fit. The sleeve design gives a perfect fit even when performing overhead work.

Superior liquid and particulate protection are provided at all points of the coverall. The garment offers significantly less leakage than conventional stitched seams (seam stays tight when stretched). Glued in (not stitches) waist elastic for protection and good fit.

Good balance between protection, durability and comfort

New larger zipper puller, making it easier to fasten and unfasten when wearing gloves, and a zipper and Tyvek® storm flap for increased protection.

Elasticated face, wrists, ankles, and hood for perfect fit (latex free). Glued-in (not stitched) waist elastic gives protection and a good fit. The sleeve won’t ride up, so thumb loops are no longer required.

The overall ergonomic shape gives a perfect fit and protection when moving, with ample crotch area for better freedom of movement.

The proprietary fabric features an inherent barrier protection against dry pariculate hazards and water based chemicals.
