The transfer hatches outer shell and flanges are manufactured from 1.6 thick zintec steel which has been powder coated white
Finished to an excellent standard, the inner panels are manufactured from 1.6mm thick stainless steel
The 2mm thick stainless steel flanges seal the unit to wall finishes
Doors have a continuous pressure door seal and are constructed from 10mm thick toughened, clear, plate glass
They also have a mechanical interlock to prevent both doors being opened simultaneously

There is the option to upgrade the fixed front flange, inner panels, hinges and latch to 316 stainless steel - as pictured
Goalpost legs are an added extra
The manufacturer recommends that the hinge should be lubricated approximately every 6 months with a suitable lubricant for the environment
In most applications a lithium compounded lubricant is recommended
